Max and Alec are certified breathwork coaches and founders of THE BREATHWORK RESET.
In college, we carried a big dream: to transform the way people learn and grow. But along the way, we faced the same struggles as everyone else ; stress, anxiety, and sleepless nights, with no real tools to handle them. Discovering breathwork changed that. It gave us a simple yet powerful way to calm the mind, recharge the body, and move through life with clarity and peace.
What began as sharing sessions with friends and family grew into THE BREATHWORK RESET, a movement to give everyone the tools we wish we had sooner.
